Obituary

At Hôtel-Dieu, on July 3, 2026, passed away at the age of 73. Mme Renelle Boisvert, wife of M. Gilbert Pouliot, resided in Saint-François-Xavier-de-Brompton. She was the daughter of the late Émérentienne Champigny and the late Roland Boisvert.

Her family will receive condolences at the Windsor Funeral Residence, 310 rue St-Georges, on Saturday, August 8 from 9 a.m., with a ceremony following at 11 a.m. at the same location. Interment will take place on the same day at 3 p.m. at the Saint-François-Xavier-de-Brompton cemetery.

In addition to her husband, she leaves behind her daughters: Marie-Claude and Mylaine Doe; her grandchildren: Maxim and Daphnée; her brothers and sisters: Solange (Philippe Ferland), France (Denis Bouchard), Noël (Murielle Bibeau), Yves (Colette Létourneau), Madeleine (Jacques Ferland), Gisèle (late Denis Viens), Alice (late Émilien Lacroix), the late Gilles (Marie-Berthe Bombardier), the late Fernand (Jeannine Blais), the late Lucille (late Fernand Drouin), the late Marielle (late Richard Maurice), and the late Denise. She also leaves her mother-in-law: Réjeanne Boutin (late Romuald Pouliot), her brothers- and sisters-in-law: Diane (Réal Caron), Danielle (late Stanley Ward/Jacques Tétreault), Liette (late Serge Dion/Daniel Lapointe), Luc, Roch (Micheline Blais), as well as numerous nephews, nieces, other relatives, and friends.

The family sincerely thanks the healthcare staff of the Oncology Department of CHUS for their dedication and kindness.
