Obituary

Gabrielle Larochelle, born in 1937, passed away on June 14, 2026, at the age of 89. She resided in Preissac and was the daughter of the late Donat Larochelle and Loridas Boucher.

She left behind children Daniel, Sylvain, Marco, Gilles, and Renée (Sylvain); grandchildren Kévin, Dave, Dany, Tommy, Jimmy, and Marie-Pierre; seven great-grandchildren; and siblings Jannine and Jean-Paul (Nicole). Her family thanks the staff of CHSLD Amos for their care. A donation to the Alzheimer Society of Quebec is appreciated.

Gabrielle's visitation will be at the Cooperative Funéraire de l'Abitibi, 141 Rue Principale Nord, Amos, on June 26, 2026, from 14:00 to 17:00 and 19:00 to 21:00. The funeral service will be held at Église Ste-Gertrude-Manneville on June 27, 2026, at 10:30, with burial at the Preissac cemetery.
