She died at CHSLD Georges-Phaneuf in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, on August 20, 2026, at the age of 95. She was the wife of the late Réal Thériault, daughter of the late Odilon Sauvageau and the late Simone Lefrançois, formerly of Lac-à-la-Tortue. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Complexe Funéraire Pellerin, Lacoste & McGraw, 599, Avenue de Grand-Mère, Shawinigan, QC, on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 12:30 PM, with funeral service at the Church of St. Théophile in Lac-à-la-Tortue at 3:00 PM, followed by burial at the local cemetery. She leaves behind her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and extended family. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are appreciated.
