At the Maison Michel-Sarrazin, on July 15, 2026, at the age of 88 years and 9 months, Madame Carmelle Guay passed away, daughter of the late Madame Bernadette Métivier and the late Monsieur François Guay. She resided in Quebec.
The family will receive condolences, in the presence of the ashes, at the Coopérative funéraire des Deux Rives, Centre funéraire d'Aubigny, 154, rue du Mont-Marie, Lévis G6V 8X1, on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. A ceremony will be held on the same day at 11:45 am, followed by the burial of the ashes at the Mont-Marie cemetery.
She leaves behind her children: Denis and France (Richard Dufour); her sister Mariette (Bernard Bobée); her grandchildren: Marie-Ève (Éric Savoie), Janessa, and Samuel; her great-grandchildren: Alexis, Xavier, and Livia; her sister-in-law Michelle (Gaston); her brothers-in-law: Jean-Louis (Nicole Hamel) and Maurice (Édith Gosselin) as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
She has joined loved ones: Bernadette and François, Marcelle (Herman), Jean-Guy (Florence), Pauline (Doric), Rachel (Raymond), Claude, Hugues, Solange (Raymond), Valmont, and Gaston; her ex-husband André, Marguerite (Pierre), Robert (Monique), Lucien (Jeannette), and Michel (Denise) along with her earlier departed nephews and nieces.
Her children sincerely thank all who offered caring support to their mother, especially the team at the Maison Michel-Sarrazin for the exceptional care received.
