Carol Susan Kosters (née Friedman)

Peacefully at the age of seventy-two, on [date of passing], surrounded by her loving family. Devoted wife of Stephen for fifty years. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Marly Kosters, Michael and Rachel Kosters. Dear sister of Edward Friedman and sister-in-law of Carmen Kosters. Daughter of the late Arthur and the late Laura Friedman and daughter-in-law of Florence and the late Fred Kosters. Loving grandmother of Nate, Lex, Kenzie, Kaia, and Margaux. Carol will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and her extraordinary gift for bringing people together. She was famous for her legendary dinner parties, her incredible cooking, and her love for friends and family. A devoted volunteer at her synagogue and at her children’s schools, she gave tirelessly of her time, her energy, and her heart to everyone she loved. Carol’s love, laughter, and generosity touched everyone who knew her, and she will be deeply missed and forever remembered. Heartfelt gratitude to all the doctors and nurses who cared for Carol as well as Cheryl and Shirley who helped her during a very difficult time.
