Concepcion “Connie” Marron, 84, of Baytown, Texas, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2026. She was born on April 3, 1942, in Baytown, Texas, to the late Genoveva Renteria and Ambrosio Rios, Sr. In her younger days, she was a faithful parishioner of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Baytown, where she was a member of the Guadalupana Society. Later she became a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Baytown.
Connie pursued many interests, some of which included her love for dancing, traveling, and camping. She also enjoyed her creative side and could often be found either drawing or painting. Connie found pleasure in the simple things in life like just staying home watching tv or working in her flower garden. Above all, her greatest joy came from the precious time spent with her family where they would often get together for a home cooked meal she lovingly made.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband Alfred Marron, Sr. of 37 years; her son Alfred “Bo” Marron, Jr.; several of her brothers and sisters; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Marron. She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory her sons Mike Marron, and David Marron and wife Vanessa; her grandchildren Gary Marron and wife Alicia, Jeremy Marron and wife Nicole, Kyle Marron, Morgan Alms and husband Erik, Summer, Skye and Noah Marron, and Alexis and Breanna Avaloz; her numerous great-grandchildren; her brothers Jamie Rios and wife Micki, Ambrosio Rios, Jr. and wife Karen, and Arturo Rios and wife Cecilia; her faithful companion of over 20 years Joe Martinez, Sr. her many nieces and nephews; along with a host of other loving relatives and friends.
