Denise Reynolds Wallace

Denise Reynolds Wallace, 59, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, died at home on September 27, 2026 surrounded by her loved ones. She is survived by her husband, Frank Wallace and their children Abigail Wallace, Aren Wallace, and Corban Wallace. A memorial service will be held at Mullins Funeral Home on Sunday, October 4, 2026 from 1 to 3 pm.

Denise was a cherished wife, mother, sister, and friend that will never be forgotten. Being a teacher was her dream come true and she touched numerous lives during her tenures at Conway Elementary School and Gayle Middle School over the years. Denise was always so excited to see her students “in the wild” and loved to hear their stories and give out hugs. Students always knew Denise had a snack stash in her desk and would give those out to anyone that needed a little goodie to get through their day. Gifting was her love language. Her library students loved to spend time in the mornings before school learning how to use 3D printers and chatting about the latest books on the shelves. Denise knew her students would go far in life, and she was so proud of them all.
