Dr. Gerald "Gerry" Solomon Rothman

Passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at the age of eighty-four, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved son of the late Max and the late Muriel Rothman and son-in law of the late Hymie and Claire Benjamin. Devoted husband of Naomi Rothman. Much loved father and father-in-law of Cindy and Michael Kaplan, Marci Goldberg and Dan Goldman, Jill and Tom Nagel, and Greg and Stacey Rothman. Adored and cherished grandfather of Holden and Lindsay Kaplan; Logan and Mallory Goldberg; Kylie, Ryan, and Camryn Nagel; and Shane, Aidan, and Dylan Rothman. Dear brother of Heathcliff Rothman and brothers and sister-in-laws Ted and Millie Benjamin and David and Esther Benjamin. He will be greatly missed by his extended family, friends, patients, colleagues, and all those whose lives he touched throughout his more than fifty years as a physician.
