Fabiola Margarita Rincon

Fabiola Margarita Rincon, 57, passed away in her sleep during the early hours of September 24th, 2026 at her home in North Stamford surrounded by her family. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend.

Born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania on February 10th, 1969 to Adafel Candelario Rincon and Elba Josefina Oquendo, Fabiola was the third of four siblings.Fabiola attended Colegio Los Campitos in Caracas, Venezuela and graduated in 1986 before attending Universidad Catolica Andres Bello and graduating with a law degree in 1991.While at university Fabiola met her loving and devoted husband, Oscar Ignacio Rodriguez in 1986. They were wed on August 24th, 1991 and were happily married for 35 years. They raised 3 wonderful children together.The Catholic faith was a pillar in Fabiola’s life and led her every action and thought. She and her husband were parishioners of Church of the Holy Spirit and she attended Mass as frequently as her body would allow. No matter the circumstance, Fabiola put her faith in the Lord and asked for his guidance.Fabiola touched the lives of hundreds, inspiring them with her warm smile and beautiful laugh. She is survived by Oscar and their children, Maria Fabiola, Ignacio Andres, and Sofia Eugenia. Her siblings, Maria Eugenia, Monica Rosa, and Andres Eduardo and parents will continue to be guided by her in their lives.
