Mrs. Faye Alma Young (née Arthurs) of Harrington, Quebec, passed away on Tuesday, August 18th, 2026 at the age of 87.
Faye was born in Avoca to the late John and Verna Arthurs. She was an only child; however, always spoke fondly about growing up with her many cousins and time spent on Nana's farm in Avoca. As a child she also lived in Calumet and at the Gamble Mine before her long time home in Harrington. Faye was the beloved wife of Frank Young for nearly 68 years.
Faye was a loving mother and is survived by her three children and their spouses: Greg (Diane), Anita (Gerry), Peter (Melissa). She was a cherished MumMum to her grandchildren Tim (Jennie), Tyler (Elaine), Tasha (Matt), Steven (Megan), Curtis (Adrianna), Elizabeth, Ethan and Elias, and great grandchildren Evelyn, Eddie, Weston, Bennett, and Hudson, whom she loved with all her heart. She will be deeply missed.

A private celebration takes place at a later date.
