Francisco Hernandez Lerma passed on September 22, 2026, at the age of 75, and was a resident of Phoenix, Arizona.
Frank was born to his loving parents Eliseo Onsurez Lerma and Isidra A Hernandez. He graduated from Carl Hayden High School in 1969 and attended both Phoenix College and Glendale Community College.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, and his sister.
Frank is survived by his partner of 54 years, Pam Olson, his aunt Frances Sandoval, and a host of cousins. His memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Life will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, US, on October 16, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Placement will take place at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, US, on October 16, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
