He was the first husband of Mrs. Anita Lapratte.
He was the son of the late Mr. Omer Fortin and the late Mrs. Obea Goudreault.

His children:Natalie (Sébastien),Jacqueline (Éric),Normand;
His stepchildren:Jennifer,Cary;
His grandchildren:Roxanne,Maxime,Tristan,Anthony,Anna-Maëlle,Jean-Christophe,Alexandra,Cassandra;
His great-grandchildren:Éloïse,Heven-Lee;
His brothers and sisters:Jean-Marc (Ginette),Jacques (Colombe),Christiane (the late Jocelyn),Gaétane,Berthe (Pierre),Renaud (Gisèle),Jean-Yves (Louise),Claude (Suzanne).
He was preceded in death by his brother Bertrand (the late Margot).
He also leaves behind his nephews and nieces, cousins, and many relatives and friends.
