Born in the beautiful town of Cattolica Eraclea, Sicily, Giovanna carried the warmth, traditions, and vibrant spirit of her birthplace throughout her life. She was a woman of immense strength, grace, and devotion, whose greatest joy was found in the family she so beautifully nurtured.

Giovanna is now reunited in eternal peace with her beloved late husband, Giuseppe Calandrino.

She leaves behind a rich legacy of love and devotion as the cherished mother of Emanuele (Carmen), Rosalia (Tony), and George (Susy).

She was the proud and adoring Nonna of her grandchildren, Joey, Joanne (Alfonso), Anna Maria (Tony), Charlie (Sachita), Josie (Salvatore), Marc, and Keana (Matthew) . Her light will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her precious great-grandchildren, Melina, Mariano, Gianni, Sasha, Ava, Giulia, and Sofia, who brought endless smiles and happiness to her later years.

Giovanna will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her extended family, close friends, and all those whose lives she touched with her kindness and generosity.

Nata nella splendida cittadina di Cattolica Eraclea, in Sicilia, Giovanna ha custodito per tutta la vita il calore, le tradizioni e lo spirito vivace della sua terra natale. Donna di immensa forza, grazia e dedizione, trovava la sua gioia più grande nella famiglia che ha cresciuto con tanto amore.

Giovanna si ricongiunge ora nella pace eterna al suo amato e compianto marito, Giuseppe Calandrino.

Lascia una preziosa eredità d’amore come madre devota di Emanuele (Carmen), Rosalia (Tony) e George (Susy).

Era la Nonna orgogliosa e adorata dei suoi nipoti,
