John Allen Lee, Sr., age 69 of Garner, North Carolina passed away on Monday, September 28, 2026 at the UNC Johnston Health in Smithfield, North Carolina.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
He was born in Wake County, North Carolina on June 12, 1957 to the late Robert “Bob” Olen Lee and the late Kathleen Capps Styles. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Rodger Lee and David Lee.
Mr. Lee has worked in automotive repair and enjoyed fishing, Hank Williams Jr, Charlie Daniel's Band, Lynyrd Skynyrd, country music, Jack Daniels, Jim Beam, Crown Royal, Makers Mark, and pig cooking.
He is survived by his daughter, April Lee Narron and husband Chris Narron; grandchildren, Caroline Lee, Logan Narron, Lucas Narron
son, John Allen Lee, Jr. and wife Amanda Lee; grandchildren, Christopher Lee, Aliyah Lee, Ayden Workman, Abby Workman; great grandchildren, Everly Lee; sister, Angie proffitt; brother in-law Matt proffitt; nephews, William Proffitt, Kevin Proffitt, Joseph Lee; nieces, Kathy Proffitt, Michelle Lee.
