Joseph was born November 16, 1950, in New York, New York, to Frances and Joseph Cino, passed away surrounded by the love of his family.
Joseph was truly larger than life, with a strong personality and a presence that could fill any room. He proudly served his communities for more than 30 years through his career with the NYPD and LVMPD.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Angelica, daughter, Daniella, son, Anthony, sister, Joan Wasserman, daughter-in-law, Brandy, grandchildren, Nicholas, Claire and Ethan, and stepson, Joseph Thomas.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and colleagues, and there will never be another quite like him.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026, from 4:00–5:00 p.m. at Palm Mortuary – Eastern, followed by a Memorial Service at 5:00 p.m.
