Leonard Edward Delikta, age 84 of Warren, Michigan, passed away surrounded by his loving family on September 29, 2026. He was born on August 27, 1942, in Detroit, Michigan to his late parents Edward and Dorothy Delikta.
Leonard grew up on the East side of Detroit. He proudly worked as a truck driver for a fishery service. Leonard was married to the love of his life, Cindy, for 60 years. Together they shared a life of love and timeless memories. In his leisure time, Leonard enjoyed watching baseball and football games, playing pool, and fishing. Above all, Leonard enjoyed spending time with his family, especially with his two grandchildren who meant the world to him. Leonard will be deeply missed by his loving family and friends.
Leonard was the beloved husband of Cindy. Loving father of Kenneth and Kimberly Delikta. Adored grandfather of Joshua Delikta and Emma Bradsher. Dear brother of the late James, the late Carl, Donna Klarr, Beverly Pirozek, and Sharon Maynard. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held by Leonard’s family at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home in Warren.
