M. Steeve LAPOINTE

On August 21, 2026, he passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by loved ones, at the age of 53, M. Steeve Lapointe, husband of Mme Audrey Côté, residing in La Baie. He was the son of the late Mme Ghislaine Gaudreault and the late M. François Lapointe. The family will receive relatives and friends on Sunday, August 30, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Coopérative funéraire du Fjord, 1186, 2e Rue, La Baie. A Celebration of Life will take place the same day at 2 p.m. at the same location. His ashes will be placed in the columbarium of the Coopérative funéraire du Fjord. He leaves to mourn his wife: Audrey Côté; his children: Gayle Lapointe (Alexandre Bonneau) and Nathan Lapointe (Gabrielle Tremblay) and their mother Josianne Larouche; his stepchildren: Gabriel Simard and Rafaël Simard (Jade Larivière); and his grandson: baby Lyam Simard. He was the brother of Tony Lapointe (Mélanie Lavoie) and the late Sandra Lapointe. Also mourning are his nephews and nieces: Pier-Luc Lavoie (Anne-Sarah Fillion), Tommy Perreault (Anaïs Lavoie), Rébéka Lavoie-Lapointe (his goddaughter), and Britany Lavoie-Lapointe (Guillaume Lebel), along with many other relatives and friends.
