Biographical details:On August 10, 2026, Micheline Voyer passed away at the Maison de soins palliatifs du Saguenay. She was the wife of the late Guy Girard and the daughter of the late Jeanne-D'Arc Gobeil and Edmond Voyer. She was the sister of Marc Voyer (Kilda Bouchard), Géralda (Jean-Paul Lemieux), Fernand (Aline Lemieux), Maurice (Doris Tremblay), Jean-Paul (Gaétane Gaudreault), Michel (Andréna Gagnon), Céline (Bertrand Bélanger), Normand (Sharon Beaulac). She leaves behind her goddaughter Isabelle Bélanger, along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Micheline was cared for with kindness by the staff of the department C-4 at Chicoutimi Hospital. Her remains have been entrusted to the Alliance funéraire du Royaume crematorium, and her ashes will be laid to rest at the St-François-Xavier cemetery.
