It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Mrs. Muriel Pepper Horn from Kahnawake on the 15th of August, 2026, at the age of 82. She was the spouse of late Mr. Richard Horn.
She is survived by her children Preston, Vanessa and son-in-law John, Leah (late Lee Martin), her grandchildren Wahienhawi (Joey), Kanahne (Luke) and Tehahrha (Cora), her great-grandchildren Waheshon, Rahwatsirenhawi, Tulip and Pepper, her sisters-in-law Karen, Flossie and Gladys, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the Kahnawake funeral parlor from Monday August 17 at 2:00 p.m. until Wednesday August 19 at 1:30 p.m. A service will follow on the same day at 2 p.m. at the Kahnawake Catholic Church. Burial to follow at the Protestant cemetery.
The family wishes to thank the Kateri Memorial Hospital, long-term care unit PABs and LPNs for all their love and care for our mother Pepper. Thank you to all the activity workers and volunteers.
