Perry Skatshohate Leborgne

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Perry Skatshohate Leborgne in his home surrounded by his family.

Born on December 19, 1959 in Kahnawake, Perry lived a life rooted in family, friendship, and community. He was the devoted husband of Linda Mayo, with whom he shared 40 years of love, commitment, and cherished memories.

Perry was predeceased by his beloved parents, George and Rose Leborgne; his brothers, Vernon and Norman “Crunch”; and his cherished son, Luke, whom he loved deeply and carried in his heart always.

He also leaves behind his children, Peter (Katsitsonni), Tia, and Brennen; his cherished grandchildren, Pearl, Ginger, and Huey; his beloved dogs, Tank and Kye and his siblings, Butch (Jesse) Leborgne and Penny Leborgne. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Louise Mayo, Oliver Reyes, Homecare Nurse, Cynthia White, KMHC Pharmacy, Clifford “Shooter” D’ailleboust, KMHC Nurse, Medical Mobile, Mearl Rice, Helen Montour, and all of the drivers who assisted Perry and his family with care, compassion, support, and kindness during his journey. Your dedication and generosity will never be forgotten.

Though he is no longer with us, his love, wisdom, and legacy will continue to live on through his family and all who held him dear.

Forever loved, forever remembered, and forever missed.
