Rachel Mae Crawford

Rachel Mae Crawford, age 77, born April 12,1949 from Tazewell, TN went to her heavenly home on September 28, 2026.

Rachel was a woman who enjoyed a simple life rooted in the things that mattered most: her family, nature, and her love for animals. Whenever Rachel was bored, you could find her cooking up a fresh batch of her famous cornbread and chicken and dumplings. She poured her heart into caring for those she loved, believing that family was the most important thing in the world.

Rachel was preceded death by parents Vance Campbell and Mary Nicley Parker; grandmother Nellie Campbell; siblings Jerry Campbell, Audrey Cook, and Winfred Alston; grandson Logan Greer; great grandson Ryan Greer.

Rachel is survived by daughters Tammy (Bill) Williams and Pamela (Bo) Thomas; grandchildren Brittany Estes, Mandy Williams, Adam (Breanna) Williams, Kaylee (Daniel) Sutton; great grandchildren Gabriel, Zered, Nylah, Seth, Mia, Jackson, and Mason; sister Gusta Bailey; special niece Rita Jones; and lifelong friend Linda Mumford. As well as a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends and family on Wednesday September 30, 2026 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will follow at 7:00 PM in Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside Services will take place in the Bethel Cemetery on Cave Springs Rd on Thursday October 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
