Rene Hernandez from Clovis Ca, aged 60 passed away on August 8th, 2026 at Clovis Community Hospital.
He was born in Sanger Ca. on January 29,1966 at the Sanger Hospital to Rene R Hernandez and Lupe Hernandez. Rene was a high school graduate with some college attendance. Rene served our country in the United States Air Force which is a credit to him and our family legacy in the Armed Services.
Rene was a salesman at Mor Furniture for several decades. However, in the last 2 years, was a bus driver for Madera County.
He was the second of four children. He is survived by his sisters Cindy Dela Torre, Patricia Walker and Yolanda Hernandez. He is also survived by his 5 children Ashley Excinia, Chloe Orozco, Danica, Santiago and Santana Rose Hernandez and grandchildren Noah Villanueva, Charlotte Excinia and Sofia Orozco.
Outside of work he was a fun loving person with many friends and
acquaintances. He enjoyed sports and was an avid Yankee and 49er fan. He also enjoyed coaching Little League.
He is leaving us all with many cherished memories.
