Romain Héroux

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of monsieur Romain Héroux, who died on July 26, 2026, at the age of 87. He was the husband of madame Lise Lacombe Héroux.

Besides his wife, he leaves behind his children Sylvie (John Sotiriadis), Marie Louise, Isabelle (Gilles Dumont), and Céline, his grandchildren Rémi, Louis, Gabriel, Éloi, Sébastien, François, and Jean, his sisters Jeanne and Suzanne, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, and many relatives and friends.

He had a career of 37 years at Hydro-Québec as an industrial draftsman and team leader. He participated in several internal campaigns for Centraide, a cause he cherished. However, his family was the center of his life: his wife and his four daughters, with whom he shared games, gardening, and sports and educational activities, with energy, humor, and love.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Coopérative Funéraire du Grand Montréal.

A ceremony will be held at 12 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
