Alexandra was born on January 10, 1931, in the small Greek village of Drosopigi. She was the oldest of four children, and she lost her mother during childhood, a hardship that shaped her early years. Her youth was marked by resilience. As a teenager, she endured the hardships of World War II and the Greek Civil War.

She later married Konstantinos Tsoulis, and together they built a life rooted in family and devotion. In the 1970s, they made the courageous decision to immigrate to the United States, settling in St. Louis, Missouri, in pursuit of greater opportunities for their three sons.

Upon arriving in America, she worked diligently as a seamstress in a fabric factory, while her husband and sons established themselves in the restaurant business. From the moment she arrived, she became a faithful member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church.

Although she lived a simple and humble life, she found deep joy in her family, her travels back to Greece, her visits to relatives in Romania, and her love of cooking. Her spanakopita was cherished by all who tasted it.

She faced profound personal losses with unwavering strength, including the passing of her husband in 2011 and her son, Dimitrios, in 2022. Through every hardship, she remained a devoted mother and a steadfast presence. Her legacy is one of quiet courage, enduring resilience, and unconditional love. She leaves behind a life defined not by grand gestures, but by the strength of her character and the depth of her devotion to her family.
