Allen Edward Woods

Allen Edward Woods, age 60, of Old Kentucky Road S, Greeneville, passed away Monday, June 8, 2026 at Greeneville Community Hospital.

He attended Flag Branch Church of God.

He is survived by his wife Teresa of 18 years; grandson: Gage Shelton who was his world; extended family: Jeremy Shelton, Kristy (Daniel) Wallace; grandchildren: Jordan “Stumpy” Shelton, Jalen Shelton, Tatum Wallace, Teagan Wallace, Zoey Wallace, Easton Wallace; sister and brother-in-law: Marie (Randy) Davis; nieces Cyerra (Michael) Lane and Mavrick Lane, Tyanna (Logan) Tweed, Emmy Tweed, Mae Tweed, Davis Tweed, Asher Tweed; several cousins and special friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Hugh and Billy Ruth Bullen Woods and a sister: Katherin Pinkston.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 and 4-6 pm Monday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday at Hunts Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Willis Bowers and Brandon Franklin officiating.

Family and friends are asked to meet a 10:00 am Tuesday to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be: Wayne Jackson, Josh Nease, Jordan (Stumpy) Shelton, Jeremy Shelton, Blake Renner and Marty Renner.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Bobby McAmis, Jay Birdwell, Kevin Morrow, Mike Hamilton, Ricky Keys, Chris Shipley, Kenny Waddell, Mike Bullen and Randy Davis.

Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
