Anna Leigh Crochet

On June 1, 2026, Anna Leigh Crochet, a native of Houma, LA and resident of Sandy Hook, MS passed away at the age of 23. She was born on January 27, 2003. Anna worked as a life insurance agent, and she found her greatest joy in spending time with her beloved son, creating memories that will forever be cherished. Anna was known for her adventurous spirit and "spur of the moment" nature, embracing every opportunity with enthusiasm. Her personality lit up a room, and her contagious laughter will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Anna was preceded in death by her paternal great grandparents, Claude & Lucille Luke and John and Adele Crochet; maternal great grandparents, J.D & Inez Ordone, Gladys Christopher and Raymond Theriot.

Anna is survived by her son, Mason Reign Winsley; mother, Wendy Boudreaux (Pete); father, Billy Crochet; maternal grandparents, Robert & Jill Guidry and Lola May; paternal grandparents, Danny & Janice Callahan and Gurshel and Dottie Crochet; sisters, Laura Crochet, Nikki Toups, and Alysee Boudreaux; brother, David Crochet; and a host of other family and friends.

There will be a funeral service to celebrate Anna's life at Colonial Funeral Home on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 2:00pm. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00pm until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hurricane Creek Cemetery assisted by Dewayne Ordone, David Crochet, Tony Ordone, Densil McDonald, Russell Berry, Jose Colon, PJ Bergeron, and Isaac Stoetzner serving as pallbearers.
