In memory of Ashley Fisher
At CHUS Hôtel-Dieu, on July 2, 2026, at the age of 82 years, Mr. Ashley Fisher, husband of Mrs. Francine Huard, passed away.
He was the son of the late Alvin Eric Fisher and the late Mildred Irene Dougherty.
The family will receive condolences on July 8, 2026, from 12:30 to 15:30 at the Coopérative funéraire de l’Estrie (485, rue du 24-Juin, Sherbrooke).
A memorial service will follow at 15:30 at the same location chapel. It will be possible to attend virtually by clicking on the “Watch the ceremony” button, live or recorded.
Refreshments and a light meal will be served after the ceremony.
The interment will take place at a later date in the Bury cemetery.
He leaves behind his companion of life, Francine, as well as his sons, Jonathan (Johanne), David, and Mathieu, and his dear grandchildren, Gabriel and Vincent.
Ashley Fisher also leaves behind his brothers, Wayne (Joan) and Delmar (Nicole); his nephews, Todd and Wade (Jeanie); his nieces, Natalie (Frank) and Karin (Marc); his great-nephews, Ethan, Noah, Aidan, Connor; and his great-nieces, Hannah, Sienna, and Madison.
Many friends will fondly remember Ashley.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at the palliative care unit of Hôtel-Dieu for their attentive care, dedication, and kindness.
