Barbara Guy

Barbara Jean Guy, age 53, of Marietta, Georgia, passed away surrounded by the love and memories of those whose lives she touched. She was born on September 21, 1972, to Thomas and Loretta Harris.

Barbara was a caring and compassionate person whose life was centered around helping and caring for others. She was employed with Wellstar Hospital, where her dedication and concern for people reflected the kindness and generosity she carried throughout her life. Taking care of others was not simply something Barbara didit was truly her passion and a reflection of her loving heart.

Outside of her work, Barbara enjoyed many of life's simple pleasures. She had a special love for animals and found great joy in spending time with them. Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her two children, who were among the greatest blessings and joys of her life. Barbara also loved watching movies and sharing moments of laughter, comfort, and togetherness with those she loved.

She will be remembered for her caring nature, her compassionate spirit, and the love she gave so freely to her family and others. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Barbara is survived by her mother, Loretta Harris; her beloved children, Tristan Guy and Ashley Guy; and her brothers, Thomas Harris III and Daniel Harris.

Though her time with us was far too short, the love, kindness, and memories Barbara leaves behind will remain forever. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family, friends, coworkers, and all those whose lives were touched by her gentle and caring spirit.
