Basheer Farajallah Younis passed away, at the age of 40, on August 8, 2026, when he succumbed to his injuries after being struck by a motorcycle. Basheer was a resident of El Paso, Texas.
Basheer is survived by his loving parents, Frank and Susan Younis; his brother Frankie (Lugarda); sister Sonia; Aunt Siham (Abdo), Uncle Raymond (Nimat), Aunt Souhila (Joseph), Aunt Siham (John); one nephew Khalil; many cousins, a large extended family, and many friends.
A Visitation will take place from 10 to 11 am, Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn Funeral Home, 8817 Dyer, El Paso, TX 79904, with Service at 11 am. Then a brief Graveside Service immediately following at Restlawn Memorial Cemetery, across the street, at 8700 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904.
