Betty Sands, age 88, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Betty was a loving, caring, and a funny woman whose warmth touched everyone around her. She was a devoted mother to her three children- Sharon Hayes (Husband Tracy Hayes), Susan Cornwell (Husband Charles Cornwell), and Samuel Sands, Jr. (Wife Terry Sands). She was a proud and loving grandmother of five and great grandmother of four. Those who knew Betty will remember her wonderful sense of humor and the love she shared with her family. She leaves behind a family who will miss her dearly. Her love, laughter and caring spirit will live on in all who knew her.
