Bobby J Mackey

Bobby was born on February 24, 1946, in Abilene, Texas.He proudly served in the United States Army for 25 years. He worked at Fort Knox as a Civil EngineerHe was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister, and one grandson, Kristopher Jones.He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Nikki Warren Mackey; four children, Rhonda McCordic, David Mackey, Brett Phelps, and Alena (Carlos) Perez; six grandchildren, Kaylissa Mackey, Melissa (Hunter) Borden, Savannah Mackey, Samantha Jones, Jay Mackey and Kian Perez; and five great-grandchildren, Hayes, Carter, Ella, Rhett, and Liam.Bobby's interests included working on his vintage cars, being outside feeding the birds and squirrels and most of all spending time with his family.A Funeral with Military Honors will be held on Monday, August 31, at 10:30 AM, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, 2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160.
