CARLA JEAN DITTEBRANDT, beloved daughter, sister, aunt and friend, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2026, at the age of 72, after a long illness. She was ready to meet her creator and often shared that she had a wonderful life.
Carla was born on July 15, 1953, in Seattle, WA. to Donald and Maxine. Older brother Jeff and Carla quickly became best "buds" and when younger sister Linda was born, they opened their hearts and became a trio!
Calr is survived by her mother, Maxine, her brother Jeff (Marilyn), nephews & nieces, Bryan (Jennifer) and Mike (Lyndell), Amber, April (Nick) and Autumn; 12 great nieces & nephews, Carla's dearest, lifelong friend, Linda Bisset, and extended family.
Carla was best described as a kind and caring person who always looked out for and helped her family and friends. Carla had a ready smile and the Dittebrandt sense of humor, ready to go in a heartbeat. To know Carla, was to love Carla.
Carla was preceded in death by her father, Donald and sister, Linda.
Services will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 1:00 pm at Evergreen Washelli Funeral Home, 11111 Aurora Ave N Seattle WA 98133.
