Casey Wilson Price, age 26, of Cartersville, passed away on August 22, 2026.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Carole Bryson and Charles and Jeanne Price.
Casey is survived by his parents, Chuck and Kelley Price; his sister, Alecia Mathis (Ryan); his nephews, Levi and Kaleb Mathis; his aunts, Angel Primavera (Brian) and Lanie Furr (Trevor); his uncle, Kerry VanderPool (Elaine); and several cousins and extended family members.
Casey was a graduate of Cartersville High School and Kennesaw State University. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. Casey was a sports fanatic and loved all sports.
Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 28, 2026, from the chapel of Owen Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.
The family will also hold a Celebration of Casey’s Life at Tabernacle Baptist Church in The Gathering Place on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 pm. The family requests that those attending the celebration at Tabernacle wear their favorite sports shirt or jersey to honor Casey’s love of sports.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tabernacle Baptist Church's Bread of Life Ministries.
