Castiel Clark born March 29, 2014. After 4 years of his courage battle with cancer, Cas was called to heaven on June 4, 2026.
Cas leaves behind a tremendous testimony that touched thousands of people in his short lifetime. Cas attended Cross Lanes Christian School, was a member of Cross Lanes Bible Church, Appalachian Children’s Choir and AWANA.
Cas’s life verse is John 3:16 and he had a very open display of his Salvation and love for Jesus Christ.
Cas loved singing and playing hand bells. He played both Roblox and Minecraft. Cas was a World Class UNO Champion and Eye Spy enthusiast. Cas’s chair was always on “Outdoor Fast”. He never missed an opportunity to sing “Country Roads”
Cas will be missed by his parents, Anna and Mark Clark of Cross Lanes; brother Nickolai and furry brother Rocky. Grandmother “Grammy”, Jeanne Clark of Cross Lanes, Aunt and Uncle Melanie and Jon Burdette of Nitro and Aunt Julie Clark of Wilmington, NC. Cousin: Hunter, Taylor P, Taylor B & Sam.
The family would like to thank the medical providers of Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Edwards Comprehensive Cancer Center and nursing staff of MAXIM Healthcare, Hospice of Charleston WV.
