Charlie Russell Jaffe, 74, of Vestavia Hills, Alabama, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2026. Born on August 1, 1951, in Ohio, she was the beloved daughter of the late James and Dorothy Russell.
Charlie was a talented canvas artist whose creativity brought beauty and inspiration to those who admired her work. Her passion for art was a defining aspect of her life, and her creations will remain a cherished part of her legacy.
For 26 years, Charlie shared a loving and devoted marriage with her husband, Alan Jaffe. She was a wonderful companion and wife, bringing joy and warmth to their life together. Charlie is also survived by her sisters Rhonda Hardwick and Cindy Hamilton; her step-son Adam Jaffe; her granddaughter Blair Jaffe; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and in-laws who will remember her fondly.
