Darlene M. Hart, 88, of Davenport Iowa passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
Darlene was born on January 28, 1938, in Davenport, Iowa to William and Helen (Vogel) Reins. She was married to Neal Hart on August 24, 1957, and they enjoyed 67 years of marriage until his passing in 2025. She dedicated her life to her husband and their four sons. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, she enjoyed crocheting, bird watching, and spending time with her family. Darlene was friendly and could strike up a conversation with anyone. She will be dearly missed.
Her survivors include her sons Jim (Cathy) Hart, Kenneth Hart, William (Robin) Hart, and Steven (Rita) Hart; grandchildren Christopher (Bryan) Hart, Eric Hart, Christopher (Katie) Davis, Summer Hart, Stephanie Hart, and Courtney Hart; great-grandchildren Gabriel Hart, Logan Abernathy, Lily Hardin, Savannah Hardin, and Hudson Davis; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Neal, granddaughter Jennifer Hart Abernathy, and brother Don Reins.
