David "Dave" Bradshaw, 75 of Bogart, passed away peacefully Friday, May 8, 2026. He was a native of Jackson County. Dave loved the Lord and was a dedicated member of Unity Station Church and a former Deacon. He loved the outdoors, gardening and animals and had a fitting 30-year career with the University of Georgia as a forestry technician in the Forestry School. After his retirement, he dedicated himself for 9 years to the Oconee County School System as a groundskeeper. Dave was a devoted husband, father and an amazing "PawPaw" who loved trips to the mountains with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, W. C. and Nell Gunter Bradshaw and his siblings: John Bradshaw, Billy Bradshaw, Donnie Bradshaw, Shirley Patrick, Diane Marlow, Janice Bradshaw, and Faye Stokes.
Dave is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Pam Griffeth Bradshaw of Bogart; his daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and Matt Tipton of Winder; and his granddaughter, Hannah Tipton, also of Winder.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, May 12, 2026 in the chapel of Smith Funeral Home, Winder, GA with Pastor Rick Lewis officiating. Visitation will be held the day of the service from noon until funeral hour at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Ross Chapel Cemetery.
