Deborah L. Corley

Deborah Levine Mittag Corley, age 66, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 6, 2026, in Houston, Texas. Debbie was welcomed into this world on July 17, 1960, to Doris and Franklin Mittag.She loved the simple things that made life a little sweeter. She loved cooking and baking, especially cakes, cookies, and homemade bread, and she definitely had a sweet tooth herself. A Dr Pepper was always a favorite. When she could, she enjoyed being outside working in her yard and gardening. She also loved a good trip to the casino—especially if she could find her favorite Willy Wonka machine. But more than any of those things, she loved her family, and her grandchildren held an extra special place in her heart. It’s these little things—the things that were so uniquely her—that her family will remember, miss, and smile about for years to come.She is preceded in death by her father, Franklin Herbert Mittag; brother, Franklin Michael Mittag; and sister, Diana Lynn Mittag Price.Deborah is survived by her children: Franklin Mittag (Brina) and Leslie Corley (Bryan).Grandchildren: Franklin Steve Mittag, Joseph Mittag, and Kinsley Ebarb. Mother: Doris Mittag Siblings: Johnie Mittag (Sheryl) and Theresa Mittag Soehnge (Craig) Her nephews, Niko Langley and Timmy Price, whom she loved like her own sons, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and family.
