Denzil Thedolph Durbin

Denzil Thedolph Durbin, age 91, passed on May 27, 2026, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, MO.He was born on January 14, 1935, in Canalou, MO to the late Leslie Roy and Lola Mae Bryant Durbin.He served as a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.He is survived by one son, Kirk Durbin of Huntsville, AL; one daughter Kelly Durbin of Key West, FL; three brothers, Thomas Durbin, Alan Durbin, and Kirk Durbin of Piedmont, MO; two sisters, Lestene Rigdon of Piedmont, MO and Linda Leavitt of The Villages, FL; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Joyce Myrick Durbin and one sister, Delia Scott.A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 12:00 noon at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston, MO with full military honors.Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.nunneleefuneralchapel.com for the Durbin family.
