Diana Kay Woods, 72, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 31 at a local hospital. She was a member of First Church of The Nazarene.
Diana was preceded in death by her parents, Robert W. and Opal C. Welder, and her husband, Phillip Jeffery “Jeff” Woods.
Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, Rob and Susan Welder, her nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind many close, lifelong friends to cherish her memory.
A graveside service will be at Chattanooga National Cemetery on Friday, September 4th, 2026, at 12:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
