Donna Lou Hammond, 80, of Hebron passed away Friday, June 5, 2026, at Delmar Nursing and Rehabilitation. Born June 4, 1946, in Clarksburg, WV she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Vincent.
Donna loved to go for car rides, especially with her dog Toby. She would go and visit family and talk with them on the phone for hours.
She is survived by her children, Patricia Smullen, Chuck Long, and Michael Long (Melissa); grandchildren, Ben Smullen, Destany Foreman, Riley Long, Evie Long, Tim Dyson, and Taylor Long; stepbrother, Harvey Cutlip (Jeannie); and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Hammond.
