Donna Lou Triggs-Mitchell passed away on August 16, 2026 in Indianapolis, Indiana at the age of 78. She was born on December 19, 1947, in Charleston, West Virginia.
Donna was preceded in death by her son, Michael Triggs; parents, George Triggs Sr. and Katie Henderson-Triggs; and siblings, Mary Ellen, George Jr., Terry Wayne, Susan and Mark Triggs.
She is survived by her sons, Leon Mitchell (Tracie) and James Mitchell (Marlena); 8 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other extended relatives and friends.
Celebration of life Memorial Service will be held, Friday, August 28, 2026 at 4:00 pm at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home. Guests may greet the family from 3:00 pm until time of service.
