Eugenie (Moumdjian) Maljian

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Eugenie Moumdjian Maljian, who peacefully passed away at the remarkable age of 98.She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Leon Maljian, with whom she shared a lifetime of love, devotion, and cherished memories.She leaves to mourn her loving children, Jean and Marguerite, along with their families, as well as the many relatives and friends whose lives she touched throughout her long and meaningful life.Eugenie was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and the heart and centre of her family. Her greatest joy came from being surrounded by those she loved, and her unwavering devotion to her family was evident throughout her life. She will be remembered for her warmth, her strength, her caring nature, and the love she so generously gave to those around her.A woman of deep faith, Eugenie found strength and comfort in her belief in God. Her faith guided her throughout her life and remained a source of peace and strength to her until the very end.After 98 years filled with love, faith, family, and countless memories, Eugenie leaves behind a beautiful legacy that will live on through her children, her family, and all those fortunate enough to have known her.She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.In lieu of flowers, donations in Eugenie’s honor can be made to the Notre-Dame-de-Nareg Church by e-transfer to egarcana@eacn.ca.
