At the Québec General Hospital, on June 8, 2026, at the age of 84, Mr. Fernand Blanchard, husband of Mrs. Edna Lanteigne, son of the late Mrs. Lina Haché and the late Mr. Francis Blanchard, passed away. He lived in Québec.
A native of Allardville, New Brunswick, he had a successful career as an engineer in Québec. He was primarily a loving husband, a caring father and grandfather, and family was his source of happiness and pride. He will be remembered for his wisdom, kindness, and compassion.
The family expresses gratitude to the staff of the Québec General Hospital, particularly Mrs. Nancy Sirois, his attentive nurse, who cared for him with dedication and dignity.
