Services to celebrate the life of Frances Hays, 63, were held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow in Dogwood Cemetery. Frances passed away on August 22, 2026, at her residence in Bolivar, TN. She was born on May 29, 1963, in Alcorn County to the late Kenneth and Rethia Virginia Hamm Hutson. She was a cook and a teacher at East Union Baptist Church. She enjoyed swimming, dancing, music, and bowling. Most of all, she loved raising her children and grandchildren.
