Charles Gary Witt “Gary”: Born: April 10th 1939 - Entered into Rest: December 15th, 2025 Son of Paul and Olive (Deluge) Witt

Joanne Elizabeth: (Spangler) Witt Born: June 11th 1940 - Entered into Rest: July 13th, 2013 Daughter of Myrtle and Chris Spangler

Married: November 16th, 1956.

They leave behind their Children, Laura, Charles Jr.

and Robert (Bobby).

They also are the grandparents of Chris, Stephan, Tara (Laura),

Patrick (Charles Jr.), Bobby Jr, William, Grace & Isabel (Bobby & Lucy) and 8 great grandchildren.

Gary and Joanne grew up and raised their family on the west side of Cleveland alongside family and many friends throughout the years. In 1977 they moved to Fairview Park.

Both were involved with and worked for the family-owned bike shop, Lorain Triskett Sales & Service located at 15718 Lorain Ave in Cleveland.

In 1985 they moved to Gettysburg PA and joined Gary's dad (Paul) motel business - Quality Inn Gettysburg Motor Lodge until retirement in 2005. Upon Retiring, Gary and Joanne moved and enjoyed life together in South Carolina. Upon Joannes' passing in 2013, Gary lived with his son’s (Bobby Sr) family in Gettysburg PA. Gary's last move was to CA to live with his daughter Laura's family.

Come celebrate their life Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 11am till time of service at 12:30pm, followed by a memorial luncheon, in the Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 20820 Lorain Rd, Fairview Park.
