Gary Glazer

Gary Glazer passed on May 1, 2026, at the age of 91. Born June 28, 1934, in Brooklyn, New York, he was a resident of Lake Worth, Florida.

Gary was passionate about all things related to Brooklyn and New York sports, but was truly devoted to the love of his life, Elaine, whom he married on March 15, 1958.

When Gary and Elaine moved down to Florida, they enjoyed spending their time traveling, biking, or going out to the movies and restaurants with their friends. Gary picked up tennis, and had an affinity for playing cards.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Abraham and Gertrude Glazer, and his wife, Elaine Glazer.

He is survived by his sons, Geoff (Sally) Glazer and Bruce (Alyssa) Glazer; his grandchildren, Michael (Lauren), Kara (Albie), Hanna (Connor), Margo, Julia, Ethan, and Jason; his great-grandchildren, Elliott and Amelia; his brother, Bobby (Ilene); and his sister, Linda.

A Graveside Service will be held at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens in Boynton Beach, Florida on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 12:15pm
