At the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis, on August 18, 2026, at the age of 95 years and 4 months, madam Georgette Whittom passed away, wife of the late monsieur Roland Vézina, daughter of the late madame Adéline Normandeau and the late monsieur William Whittom. She lived in Lévis.
She was the mother of: Carole (Réjean Lagacé), Rachel (Jean-Yves Rails), Diane (Raymond St-Germain), the late Louis, Lise (Jocelyn Gagné), Johanne (Bruno Arsenault), Gilles, Richard (Richard Belleau), the late Marc. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Noëlla (Abner Traverse), brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
According to her wishes, there will be no funeral service. The ashes will be interred at a later date in New Richmond, Gaspésie.
