It’s with sadness that we inform you of the passing of Mr. Gilbert Lafond on August 5, 2026, at the age of 82. He was the husband of the late Christiane Lavoie and the son of the late René Lafond and the late Lucienne L'Hérault.
He leaves behind his daughter Melissa, his grandchildren Tristan Coma, Guillaume Coma, and Livia Coma. He also leaves his brothers, sisters, as well as many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, and friends.
The funeral will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE DE L’OUTAOUAIS located at 1369, boul. La Vérendrye Ouest in Gatineau. The family will receive condolences from 1:00 PM.
