Gord Dion passed away on July 30, 2026, at the age of 84. He was a beloved family man with a rich life working at various jobs including as a bus driver and mechanic. In retirement, he enjoyed fixing things in his garage, cars, and spending time with friends. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and is remembered for his friendly nature and love for community activities. Donations in his memory can be made to the Sault Area Hospital Foundation.
